About SecureVision

Twenty years on the Gulf Coast, and growing.

SecureVision has been serving Gulf Coast condominiums, apartments, and communities with managed fiber connectivity since 2006. With the resources and the team to keep growing, SecureVision now serves over 30,000 units across Alabama and the Florida panhandle.

Our Story

Built around the way coastal properties actually operate.

SecureVision started in 2006 as a telecommunications company built for the Gulf Coast. The region's coastal properties operated more like hotels than residential communities, with high guest turnover, seasonal peaks, and year-round connectivity demands.

We started with wireless internet and cable television for multi-unit properties, then grew alongside the technology, building out the fiber-optic network that now serves as the backbone of everything we deliver. From the beginning, we staffed a team that understood the rhythms of property management and operated on the same schedule as the properties we served.

The company grew deliberately, staying concentrated in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for nearly two decades. Many of SecureVision's earliest customer relationships remain active today.

Expansion

A partnership that funds expansion while preserving what works.

In 2024, SecureVision partnered with Snowhawk LP to accelerate growth across the Gulf Coast and Southeast. The company was ready to bring the same level of service to new coastal communities.

In 2026, SecureVision expanded along the Florida panhandle through the acquisition of two regional providers, growing the network to serve over 30,000 units. Property managers and board members still reach the same local team, by name, when they call.

The investment supports new infrastructure, expanded coverage, and continued growth, while the culture and accountability that earned those long-term contracts remain firmly in place.

The Right Partner

The right partner for your property.

Many of the providers large enough to wire a 500-unit high-rise are too large to answer a phone call on a Sunday afternoon. The smaller operators who pride themselves on personal service may not have the capacity or financial stability to honor a long-term contract.

SecureVision occupies the space between those two realities. The company has the capital, engineering resources, and operational depth of a regional carrier, paired with a team drawn from the property industry itself.

The team came from property management, multifamily real estate development, and construction inside the same types of buildings SecureVision now serves. SecureVision knows this business, not just the internet business.

Mission & Values

What drives SecureVision.

These principles have guided the company since it was founded and continue to shape how the team approaches every property, every installation, and every service call.

Service Founded on Hospitality

Many of the properties SecureVision serves are hospitality businesses. The service model reflects that, with response times, staff availability, and communication standards built around the expectations of property managers and their guests.

Proactive Over Reactive

We come to our customers before they need to call. Our team monitors networks around the clock and regularly refreshes property technology to stay ahead of demand. When issues do arise, we guarantee a support response within four hours.

Embedded in the Community

Our staff sit on local trade association boards and teach continuing education courses for property managers across the region. Our involvement in the communities we serve goes well beyond sponsorship.

Engineered, Not Estimated

Every network is custom-designed from floor plans, heat mapping, and building materials assessment. SecureVision does not install templates. Instead, each property receives infrastructure planned for its specific layout and demands.

Long-Term Stability

The company's financial position, private equity backing, and operational depth mean it will be here for the length of your contract. Properties that signed with SecureVision decades ago are still served by the same team.

Customer Advocacy

Our team advises based on what the property actually needs. We have talked customers out of products that did not make sense for their residents or guests, even when it meant a smaller contract for us.
