Secure Vision has been a valued asset to the beach over the years. I have worked with them and I have always candidly stated that the worst part of their service is the initial installation. We have had some billable issues but overall they do their best to meet up, explain and assist. Jo Lee is ALWAY responsive and helpful. She is a much appreciated asset to this company!

My husband and I own two beach condos and we are also property managers with 37 more properties. We have worked with Secure Vision for as long as I can remember and we wish that every property we manage would use them. There is no comparison, the quality and knowledge of their products far exceed the other companies that are in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. They are so helpful and available 24/7. With the other telecommunications companies on the island, you can't even get in touch with anyone that can help you. You have to call a 1-800 number and you wait and wait and no help ever comes. It is a huge problem and our guests leave negative reviews because of the poor customer service of the competitors. In my opinion, Secure Vision is the BEST on the island and there is no close second!

SecureVision has set the standard for TV, Internet and CCTV on the Gulf Coast. Since moving our 155+ units at Seawind to SecureVision we have a better signal and more television channels. In addition, our enhanced internet speed has been great for owner/occupants and visiting vacationers. I highly recommend SecureVision when seeking the best option for bundled services for your COA.

Secure Vision has always and continues to deliver superb customer service. We rely on SVI for internet, cable and phone services at the majority of the buildings we manage. They don't disappoint!

If you call Securevision and they send a service tech out, hope that it is Robert. My wife and I are not the sharpest tech and TV couple around. We needed help. The clerk who took my call said she would get someone over quickly. Robert responded and listened to our woes, then went to work and solved all our problems. He is knowledgeable and thorough in his work. His explanation was excellent and his instructions clear to us. He is a good listener. We now have excellent TV reception on all our sets. Joe quickly fixed the issue

Secure Vision came to our condo in Phoenix VI a couple of weeks ago to do an update for WiFi. Holes were cut into walls, lights taken down and cables running everywhere. When they left there wasn’t any plaster dust or mess anywhere. They repaired all walls and even repainted all work areas. Can’t say enough nice things about the workers or their professionalism.
